I'll be there, havent been to this location before, what is the parking like? where do we meet?

Parking is around the back in Regent Street, plenty there and then walk through the bowling greens, up the steps and in the backdoor. The meeting is to the left after you go in the back door, go past the Harley owners and there is a room at the back of the hall. That's us. Or just go to the bistro and there will be someone there.
