Hi,
I will be there if it's ok...
it will be the first club trip for me ( Martin from Poland, I was last time on SJC meeting). what's the grade of this trip? c?
Hi Martin,
This run is "C+",/"B" grade options, but there are bi-passes around all the difficult sections if you do not want to try them. You need rated recovery points f/r, and your own recovery gear if needed,( sometimes things just happen 8O ).
See you guys there 8)
Hey guys. I'm definitely up for this one count me in, plus I'm keen to check out Jeepers new lift.... :D
BTW is a tag along a possibility for the cleanup day? I've got a mate with a worked red XJ and would like to see what the SJC boys and girls get up to before joinging.

'fraid not, at least not in his own vehicle, unless he is a member of another club that is part of the whole Menai access thing.
Cheers
Steve
Cool no worries. Thanks for the quick reply, he'll have to join the club to find out......
Im most likely in but stevet are you going to the tracks that you went last time.
Yes, but all of Menai tracks are open, except for the beach area, which is only open on clean-up days. 8)

Here ya go, the ?gate? (It?s just a large dirt mound you drive over) is off Heathcote road right in the middle of this map, you can see the dirty track coming off Heathcote Road. Go in this track and turn right at the big dirt intersection and follow it down, You?ll see everyone here. There will be Jeeps on Heathcote road though at that entrance.

Hi Tim,
Not sure where your located but I plan to head over from Hornsby, for ease of driving I will probably go the tunnel & East Dist. Last time I went over with SteveF we went ...... not sure but he was leading with the GPS. So if your concerned then you can meet up with me between Hornsby & the tunnel.
The family is coming along so it's quite exciting for me as my wife hasn't had a chance to get out with the club as yet. It will also be my daughters first 4WD trip. As she is 1 it should be interesting, my 3yr son loves it.
ChrisD
Hi all,
Looks like we will have at least 10 Jeeps there on Sunday 8) .
Remember to brind good gloves & shoes along!
Bar-B-Que? Bring food/drinks for when we break for a feed if so desired.
See you all Sunday at 8.30am.
I will post up any last minute infro. early Sunday am if things change :o

I wish I could remember what it's like to sleep in Steve. Jimmy Ruse is OK with me, let me know what time you want to meet at the water tower on CNR of Galston & Pac HWY. I would think around 7.15am or so, I will check back later.
I went to JAX this morning & Phil is getting me prices for some BigHorns & a cost for ProComp rims. Not sure if I will have the dosh for the rims but won't know if I don't know the price.

:D Hi all,
What a turn out. 14 Jeeps all up. Hope you new folks enjoyed the day out finding out how good the Jeep is and the fun to be had.
Guess which yellow TJ had a hiccup at the 80 series 8O . I will let the man tell his own story after his slowist drive home.
Anyway, a trip report will be in the club mag., & my pic's will be up tomorrow night ( need serious help from my comp. tech. after school ).
Hmmm 13 Jeeps for a night run could be interesting 8). That one will be in April after the club Nav. Run on the 1st .
Thanks again for good turn out :) .
Stephen T.
P.S. Any interest in a mid-week run to Menai for those who shift work and have days off during the week?? Post up if you are keen
Thanx for yesterday Stevet
