Cooma was great. We were helping out with the neighbour's lambing season. Up at 4:00am every day to go out into the paddocks (1,800 acres 8O ) to gather up any lambs that were too fragile (or dead) to get up and walk. The problem is that at sunrise the crows come for some eye-pecking of the lambs that aren't mobile. We saved quite a few and brought them back to the cottage to feed and keep warm until they were standing on their own. Very satisying job. Long hours though..................... :?

Ah lamb chasing sounds a bit different to the mud chasing we were doing, but still fun!
