front sway bar links

G'day All,
The original links on my 2010 JK would always come loose and rattle, and one rod end finally broke, so
I recently replaced the original sway bar links with Synergy units, they now are also coming loose and rattling, they have nyloc nuts securing the rod end, and I also put thread locker on them, what's the issue?, has anyone else had this problem? how did you fix it? Burr the threads? I'm out of ideas.

What sort of thread lock? Maybe try a stronger version.
Otherwise tack welding the nut in place (onto the mount) might help.

They tend to come loose and get thrashed in general when you don't disconnect them before going offroad, I may be stating the obvious here, but just incase..
