Driver Development - Sunday 19th March Lithgow area

Hi

Brian is going to run a Driver Development day on Sunday 19th March

For those interested we are camping from the Friday night at PJ Hall Park Lake Wallace - Barton Ave Wallerawang. My parents will be onsite all weekend and we will come back there after training to collect our camper Sunday afternoon. Saturday will be what ever you want to do, unless you have spoken to Brian about being a driver development trainer and then you will be doing going out observing and train the trainer the Subie club session.

Sunday meeting point is the Shell Service station cnr of Magpie Hollow Rd and the Great Western Highway at Lithgow. We will be meeting at 9am.

Please be prepared with food and drinks for the day and WET WEATHER GEAR and a sense of humour.

If you are coming/going up along Bells line of Road, we normally meet at Richmond Maccac's and head up from there.... Cruising will take about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4hrs to get to the shell servo in Lithgow...
So, we can meet at 7.15am @ Richmond Macca's to depart by 7.30am.....

the traing will be suitable for all jeeps regardless of tyres

it will be a combination of theory and practical

The tracks we will use are very shaley

we did not get to much rain last night a lot of wind though

A thousand thank yous to Brian and Heidi for another wonderful day out with the club!

What a great chance to practice driving and recoveries in a safe and supervised setting.

It was great to make new acquaintances and share a few laughs. Hardly noticed the rain.
