Replacement tie rod end for Nolathane track bar

Hey guys struggling to find a replacement tie rod end for what appears to be a Nolathane brand adjustable track bar on my XJ (bought it second hand a while back). Can't seem to find a replacement part number online for the tie rod end, only the diff side bush.
Anyone got any leads on part number or where to buy?
