ARB diff covers

I have ARB diff covers on my 97 TJ, and I am about to purchase a 2010 JK, will the diff covers on the TJ fit the JK, if yes I was going to swap them, or put the originals back on the TJ before I try and sell it.

If they jk is a sport (dana 30 front 44 rear) then they will swap straight over. If it's a rubi only the rear will swap.

so I now know the diff covers will fit, does that mean I could take the front and rear air lockers from the TJ and they will fit the JK??

no point buying another set if they'll fit

Not sure, the D30 E-locker fits both TJ and JK D30 (I think, check on it though). Pretty sure the JK D44 is totally different to the TJ D44 as the JK has a thicker pinion and totally different setup so you wont be able to swap the rear in (The JK D44 is stronger and bigger than the TJ D44)
