33 x 12.5 tyre and rim combo

I'd like to upgrade my tyres from 31x10.5r15 to 33x12.5r15 for my 04 Jeep Tj. Just wondering if anyone can recommend any shops that do a good Tyre & rim combo?

Also, what do people think about the 3.09 gear ratio with 33's. Is it there much of a difference in power going from 31 to 33's. I'd like to regear after getting the new tyres when I get some spare cash.

I think 33s with the stock gearing won't be good. As a temporary measure, maybe OK for a while, but I'd regear sooner rather than later. I am currently running 30s with 3.07 gears (2003 TJ manual) and I want to regear. I plan to go no bigger than 32s, but I'll put in 4.10 gears.
As far as the 33s go - depending on the offset of the rims, you'll need wider flares or some sort of flare extensions. 33s will likely rub on full steering lock and if you disconnect your swaybar for offroad use, you could cause damage to your flares too (if you still run the stock suspension).
