tj wrangler rear seat riser/ higher brackets

hello everyone, im picking up a tj today, and in doing my research i found that you can raise the rear seat has anybody done this? if so much clearance even if its few inches...
*secondly where did you get them from or was it diy with a spacer or sumthing ive read in america they usually do that *thirdly, are they legal??
im in sydney so peferably in sydney but elsewhere is find aslong as it aint a dodgy online shop
