Lost Coffs harbour trip notes (track log)

Ok I have lost my track logs for the tracks at coffs . As I am heading up there this long w-end and don't want to be lost all week end , I was wondering if anyone has a track log for up there (preferably c grade Up near nana glen) as that is where I will be staying . Thanks in advance Brian
