This trip is a get to know you're Jeep trip, not just for beginers but rather an oppertunity to try a bunch of terrain in a small localized area. Have a winch you'd like to try out, want to do a water crossing or try a short steep climb. Its all there and guidance and assistance is available. Bear in mind this is a small technical area and is a good learning area but there will be minimal distance covered so dont expect a day of driving but rather attempting different obstacles and seeing how your jeep works.
I need to try out the grand.
also a good chance to get photos of your car in action!

Just a thought - is anyone up for meeting at the old Berowra toll station like we did last time, so that those from Sydney can travel together to Orimbah? Say 8.15? Still good to meet at twin servos at 9 if that's the go.
Cheers

Hey Guys, sorry I have to pull out because of work
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Hunno is this still happening with the weather conditions it's been raining here all day and more expected tomorrow
It's a "training" day for the more inexperienced people, so training on a slippery surface would be great experience
We're definitely still keen, and we're as green as they come!

Weather is looking OK for tomorrow so we should be good :) I'll be bringing the large club gazebo so we can set that up to lunch under if needed. Don't forget a chair

Thanks for organising Hunno....that was an enjoyable day out. A nice easy start time, a good assortment of Jeeps and a "take your pick" selection of tracks as easy or as hard as you wanted. Pity the trip leader was the only one who didn't have 4WD. Looking forward to some photos and videos!
Cheers
