I don't know much about Apollo. When I lived there about 11yrs ago it was considered a cheap brand...... Things must have changed since....... It will not be a bad deal for cooper.... Most upcoming Indian companies buy prestigious overseas brands with the motive of gaining a high international profile.... So will continue the overseas operation as was the case with TATA - Land Rover deal......
