Do you need a running jeep

Do you need a running jeep to continue being a member ?
Or is having jeep projects enough?

Considering most of us have Jeeps off the aroad at some stage I think not.
Also as said before I believe the clubs consitution states you need to own a jeep to join.
It doesn't state condition or roadworthiness. and doesn't state you need one to stay a member either as I recall.

My understanding from previous conversations about this is you only need to own. It does not say registered or running.
