Please ensure whenever you are attending a club trip of any sort that you are carrying the appropriate recovery gear.
This should at least be two "rated" shackles along with a good quality snatch strap.
It is also reccomended that after a few uses your strap be replaced. Off course extra care and handling can extend it's life but is it worth the risk?
When chosing to attend a trip it is also advisable to ensure you and your vehicles are capable of completing the trip.
This is not a post to enforce any laws just a curtious reminder for us all, me included,
