US police have arrested an 18-year-old woman wearing only cowboy boots who led them on a low-speed car chase.
Police from Corpus Christi, Texas said they saw Taylor Burnham, 18, standing between a Jeep Wrangler and a fence wearing nothing except for her boots after receiving reports of a suspicious person, the Houston Press reported.
She jumped into the Jeep, leading police on a chase at 48 km/h through a neighbourhood and mounting a pavement before stopping, the Corpus Christi Caller reported.
A female police officer helped Ms Burnham dress. She was charged with drunk-driving and evading arrest in a vehicle, the United Press International news agency said.
She was released after she posted a $US3500 bond, police said, adding that they did not know why she had been driving without her clothes.
