Having trouble with this Web Site

I seem to be having trouble with the website since last update seems to freeze on post and prompts to go into recovery for website?? once windows recovers it, it works as normal until i go to post.. and I am not sure if my PM messages are working?? anyone know what is going... anyone else having same prob

I only have trouble loading the webpage at night and doesn't happen often.

The server gets backed up around 9:00pm our time (it's hosted in the US) It can timeout then normally between 9:00 and 9:30, we did have an update on the server yesterday as well but that was all sorted by 5:00pm ish. Typically I dont see any slow downs etc unless the server backup is running.

The last update we did was a patch to the vbulletin software, I have to keep pn top of it as hackers seem to love our site and as soon as I let the updates slip we get hit.
