winjello state forest

winjello state forest is inbetween Southern highland and Goulburn, I have heard there are 4wd tracks plus nice campling .Anyone been in there or know of these tracks , Im happy to run a trip if worthwhile

Requirements -- recovery points Front/Rear, recovery gear, radio, food/drink of choice, camera.

I can see some tracks on memory maps at Wingello and morton national park.... only 145 Ks from Blacktown. Could be a day trip.... I am interested in attending depending on days off..............

There isn't much worth driving in there....you can always have the pleasure of an overnight stay in the Ivan Milat memorial camp ground though...

Another group I go wheeling with uses it for outdoor cinema....hang a white sheet on the side of a tent, borrow a projector from work and run movies in the bush for the kids...
