Noise in cheerokee

Hi guys I have got a Cheerokee 1995 4l and always when I start my car I get a big noise like a friction pulley, if someone have an idea what should I do to fix this or a good cheerokee garage, please let me know.

grinding at start up sounds like a starter, or flywheel (if it is a manual).
