Fishing gear in a wrangler shorty

There must be some other fisho's here.
Looking to see what you've made to carry fishing
gear in your Wrangler.

Often I cam roll the rear seat forward & store it there,
but days like tomorrow when I take the kids, it's a tad harder,
particularly my graphite rods.

When I bought my TJ off Reyzor there was a rusted fishing hook, hooked through the driver seat.

I found it with the palm of my hand…..>:(

So I assume he would know something about this, or it was a anti theft device…..;D

i put mine at an angle down through the middle of the jeep, so that the butt of the rod is down at the feet of the front passenger. When i have my surf stick with me, i open the back window (soft top) on one side and have it sticking out the back with a bungee or rope holding the tip steady. Otherwise most of my rods are two piece and can fit in the boot section.
