GROUP ENTRY
Would you like to get together with family or friends and enter as a group?
New to the 2010 Son of Trials 'PLUS!' is Group Entry. It will allow you and your family/friends to travel around the Son of Trials 'PLUS!' event from track to track as one group, enabling you to see each other compete, take photos of each other, lots of slapping on the back or laughing at silly mistakes! If you intend on having more than one (1) Driver per vehicle PLEASE nominate to enter under a Group Entry. You can have an unlimited number of nominated Drivers per vehicle.
To qualify as a group, you have to:
a) Complete the Competitor Prepay Entry Forms and send them all in together. Door numbers will then be allocated to the Group Members who have sent their forms together in one envelope - if your form is late, you will be allocated separate door numbers, and you will miss out on being part of the group
b) Have all your camping and competition fees paid in full.
DID I HEAR YOU SAY INTER-CLUB COMPETITION?
If you are in a 4WD Club, you can use the Son of Trials 'PLUS!' event as an inter-club competition. Find out once and for all who's the best driver in your club! We can even accommodate any announcements you wish to make on behalf of your club (e.g. Best Driver etc). Better still, if you wish to have a trophy presented to the winner at the time the announcements are made on Sunday, please bring your trophy along. Please note that Inter-club competition announcements will be announced only if you request this and trophies will only be presented if you provide them. All other prizes and trophies for the competition for overall winners will be supplied by the Nissan Club.
SCORING
With 8 tracks to be driven, we have decided to make things interesting by giving you a total score based on your best times for 6 tracks only (this is a timed event, and it means your 2 worst scores will not be included in your final overall total). Note: to qualify for this scoring method, you have to complete all 8 tracks.
FOOD
Breakfast and lunch will be available for purchase at the event.
ALL ENTRY FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY US NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 29TH OCTOBER 2010

VEHICLE CLASSES (3)
1) Standard Class - which means just that! Oh OK, we'll let you have a bullbar, towbar, driving lights and that sort of stuff, but you must have original tyres, or at least tyres of the original size.
Tyres: limited to a maximum size of 31 inches.
Engines: we don't care what powers your vehicle as long as it's legal, roadworthy, and makes your four wheels go around and around!
Diff locks: are definitely NOT allowed. If you have them, make sure we have some way of verifying that you cannot use them during the event. We consider their use to be cheating and will result in automatic disqualification (and a good spanking, so there!)
Suspension: must remain completely unmodified. Body lifts are NOT permitted.
2) Touring Class - for the slightly modified vehicles. General Touring style modifications allowed.
Tyres: limited to a maximum size is 33 inches. This does not mean 33 inches and a little bit.
