Where - Menai,
Meet - @ Gate No.6 on Heathcote Road Menai,
Gate 6 is off Heathcoat Road, GPS co-ordinates are 33°59'53.26"S 150°59'46.26"E. The sign for Gate No.6 is a bit overgrown & hard to see!
Time - Meet 8.30a.m, Sign-in by 9.00a.m,
Clean-up time - from 9.00a.m up until 12md, depending on the day's activity,
Bring/Wear - Decent shoes/boots, gloves, have recovery point F/or Rear, have own recovery gear if needed, drag chain, CB, food/drink of choice, camera/video.
All drivers wanting to attend the clean-up must be a financial member of the club (or join on the day) due to Assoc. insurance requirements.
Guests ( driving their own vehicles ) wanting to attend must also be a financial member of another 4wd club affiliated with the 4wd Assoc. and they must arrange their attendence to the clean-up via their own club trip co-ordinator as per the usual Menai access arrangements in place...........
Passengers as guests will need to sign the Assoc. Attendence sheet on the day as we all do as well as our usual club run attendence sheet we use on every club run.
Post up if you want to attend on the day.....................
