When - Saturday 24/04/2010,
Where - Menai,
Meet - @ Gate No.6 on Heathcote Road Menai,
Time - Meet 8.30a.m, Sign-in by 9.00a.m,
Clean-up time - from 9.00a.m up until 12md, depending on the day's activity,
Bring/Wear - Decent shoes/boots, gloves, have recovery point F/or Rear, have own recovery gear if needed, drag chain, CB, food/drink of choice, camera/video.
All drivers wanting to attend the clean-up must be a financial member of the club (or join on the day) due to Assoc. insurance requirements.
Guest wanting to attend must also be a financial member of another 4wd club affiliated with the 4wd Assoc. and they must arrange their attendence to the clean-up via their own club trip co-ordinator as per the usual Menai access arrangements in place...........
Post up if you want to attend on the day.....................

Replacement fuel pump going in today. Fingers crossed shpuld be OK for Saturday.

Hi all,
The clean-up at Menai has been cancelled due to lack of interest by any other club, BUT, But, our planned attendence is still happening but as a club run only so I will need anyone's Rego No. that has not been given before..
Time of run can be altered as well to suit our needs eg, could become an arvo/night run if people are interested or leave as is.
Please let me know by Friday afternoon at the latest so I can arrange our usage of the tracks there for Saturday.............

Have to be a day run for me Steve - my lights are pretty crap. In fact they are so poor I need to be home before dark.

Yes the run is still on for Saturday... 9.00a.m meet at Gate No.6 on Heathcote Road, Menai..........
**** Note that we still have to collect some rubbish prior to the run as per the agreed Menai access arrangements in place, so please bring your gloves for some light pick-up of some rubbish, no big issue at all!! ( or drag out a wreck on our way out if you fancy).............. CB Ch. No.15.....

Great Trip today, no damage that I know of but did one hell of a recovery on a greenish type jeep....

It's been so long since my last outing I realy enjoyed today - and the flatfender did everything I asked of it.
Thanks to Steve T for some great spotting as usual.

Green-machine at the spainish steps... That was not the only recovery done on the trip the best was at the end of the day, But it wasn't the green-machine......

Stevet did a quick recovery on a hilux that went noice deep in a bog hole. he was out wheeling by him self, lucky we where there....sometimes it pays to get out and check how deep the bog hole is........
