Hi Everyone,
Bit of background information for you all firstly. I Bought my jeep in Feb, and been off road a few times, I found the club a month ago, and looking to Join very soon!
I drive a stock standard (at the moment) TJ Sport 2001 model.
I had the day off work today and went and got a quote for a lift kit from ARB for my baby.
He suggested no more than 50mm lift kit, because any higher and you start to get top heavy, and have vibration issues. I asked for a quote and I got quoted $1400 installed.
A few questions.
What tires would I need with a 50mm lift?
Is this true about this been the highest recommended lift kit I get, because of top heaviness and vibration issues? If not, what height would you suggest and why?
Where else would anyone suggest getting a quote from in the Liverpool / Parramatta area?
